Cindy was born in Hong Kong, where she grew up and completed her education.  After working for three years in a trading company, the entrepreneur in her decided to start her own jewellery import/export business.  In 1977 she immigrated to Australia and after some time exploring Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane she settled on the Gold Coast. From here she expanded her jewellery business into a national brand, and still calls the Gold Coast home.

Investing in property since 1978, she has bought and sold residential and commercial assets for the last 43 years. Over these years she has amassed a lot of real estate knowledge, however with her main focus on the Gold Coast, Cindy possesses vast expertise in this ‘paradise’ of capital growth.
