Busload of house hunters tour Robina
A BUSLOAD of cashed-up Asian house hunters toured Robina on the weekend.
The free four-hour tour, organised by AGC Property Centre and Robina Group, left Surfers Paradise at 11am.
AGC Property Centre principal Cindy Chan said the tours were designed to showcase Robina and the lifestyle it offered to potential home buyers.
“Developers call us and ask us to do this and it really does depend on the product – we have to like it ourselves,” she said.
“We show them the infrastructure and also point out other things that stand out in the suburb.”
Ms Chan said they targeted both Asian and local buyers.
“The Asian market is quite strong so we can’t miss that but we also need the local buyers as well,” she said.
She said the majority of Asians on the tour were from Sunnybank and keen to invest on the Coast.
The major development touted on the tour was Robina Group’s Vue Terrace Homes.
“Being able to physically come to the site and get a feel for the property, neighborhood and environment is one of the best things a buyer can do,” Robina Group residential sales manager Azura Griffen said.
“By having AGC’s experienced property consultants on hand at the bus tour, it allows tour attendees to discuss benefits and strategies regarding property and also gives them time to ask as many questions as they like.”
